What Nobody on Payroll Will Tell You About Biotrust’s Leptiburn and RealDose Nutrition’s Weight Loss Formula #1
Everything You Need To Know About Choosing The Best Fat Burner
I have been interested in the science and biology of health for many years. I have always had issues with my weight, being one of the many people that tried and failed at diets repeatedly, or succeeded only to be subjected to the yoyo effect. I find it difficult to avoid all my favorite foods, and I will be the first to admit that I simply love eating more than I probably should. At the same time, I understand that healthy eating and having a good exercise program to follow is hugely important, but if I can’t have a couple of days of rest and the occasional sweet dessert, I know I won’t enjoy life anymore. Also, changing my diet to remove as many processed, fatty and sugary foods as possible while taking part in some exercise classes didn’t seem to be enough for me as well. Although I lost some weight with a variety of programs and systems, I didn’t lose as much as I would have liked and I seem to always plateau at some level. Hence, I became interested in using supplements that claim to help me lose weight, in trying to get past that plateau. I wanted to know what is the best fat burner.
What I found, however, was that many companies that deliver supplements aren’t as truthful as I would like. Some are blatantly lying, making people believe that they can lose huge amounts of weight doing absolutely nothing. I’m clever enough to understand that these are simple marketing schemes designed simply to make the developers rich. However, there are also a number of products, including BioTrust’s Leptiburn and RealDose Nutrition’s Weight Loss Formula No. 1, that seem a lot more honest, in as such that they will only support personal efforts. Added to this was the fact that they do not hide behind the cloak screen of “proprietary blends”, but rather tell you exactly what is in their product and how these ingredients work. RealDose even explains that the dosage has been scientifically proven to be right for the effects they claim to offer.
Although both products make similar claims, they have very different ingredients. They are also presented in different ways, have different prices and offers and they have to be taken in different amounts. I decided to make a comparison between the two. Which one really is the best fat burner?
The Money Issue
Although both products offer a full 100% money back guarantee, neither offers a free trial. More and more weight loss and supplement products offer trials now, allowing the customers to try a month’s supply paying only the shipping and handling costs. This isn’t the case with BioTrust or RealDose, which means you have to decide which one to purchase. And, at between $67 and $69, this isn’t something you will want to do before you know a bit more about the potential these products have.
Losing Weight With The “Best Fat Burner”
Both products are designed to support your weight loss efforts. Neither, however, are able to deliver that without considerable effort on your part. The big decision, however, is about which one will be best for you. It is for this reason that I have reviewed both products independently (yes, I did invest and try them both). I can’t tell you directly which one is better, as it depends on your personal needs and what you do and don’t like.
For instance, one of the products contains caffeine, whereas the other one doesn’t. If you have sensitivity to caffeine, one of the products will not be suitable for you. On the other hand, a lot of people believe that the additional energy that caffeine provides is crucial in your weight loss efforts since it helps you have more stamina during a workout. Because both products have completely different ingredients – each backed by scientific evidence by the way – it can be very difficult to choose between them. Although I will tell you which one I liked best, I must make it clear that this is because I found those particular ingredients worked better for me personally. I advise anybody to take the time to research the ingredients themselves, in order to find out which one would best suit their own needs.
Before you pick either, however, there are a few questions you need to ask yourself:
- How much weight do you want to lose?
- What is a reasonable timescale for achieving that weight loss?
- Can you afford to purchase the supplements for that period of time?
Neither product is like the Paleo Diet, where if you decide to come off the diet, you will put weight back on quicker than you ever lost it. However, it is recommended to use the product for the entire duration of your diet, until you have achieved your weight loss goals. Both products do offer discounts if you purchase them in bulk, which demonstrates that most people will need to take the product for at least three months.
On the other hand, I feel it is important to factor in the cost of health care that you are likely to be subjected to if you do not lose any weight. You may have to spend close to $300 in order to get your hands on the product, but if you consider that this will stop you from having obesity related illnesses (heart disease, stroke, diabetes and so on), or even if it will stop you from being a slave to pharmaceutical prescriptions , this is a significant saving you will actually make overall.
Hopefully, my experiences with both products and my views on the developers, the efficacy and the ingredients of the two products will help you to come to your own conclusion and decide which is the best fat burner. I do not guarantee that you will agree with me, as said it would depend entirely on your own experiences, your own goals and your own needs, preferences, likes and dislikes. However, what I have tried to achieve here is to let you know the things that the product developers won’t necessarily tell you, including both the pros and cons of both BioTrust’s LeptiBurn and RealDose Nutrition’s Weight Loss Formula No. 1. And if, at the end of this, you have any further questions, feel free to contact me.
